Introduction
Use of four treatment cycles of Luthetium-177 DOTATATE therapy in metastatic gastroenteropancreatic
neuroendocrine tumours has shown survival benefit in some of them.
AIM
This is a prospective study to analyse the response profile in Indian patients of
GEP NET with liver metastasis.
We report our findings on the following secondary end points:
- Tumour regression
- Symptom resolution

Inclusion criteria
- not responding to long acting octreotide injections
- the lesions were either too large or too many and hence could not be treated with
radiofrequency ablation
- tracer avid lesions on somatostatin receptor imaging
- compromised liver reserve
